The recruitment process is based on competency testing and all candidates will be asked to attend at least two interviews at our Head Office in Worthing. Every candidate is advised of the outcome of their application.

Training and development are at the heart of our success and we are constantly improving our tailor-made induction programme for each new recruit.
 
Land Buyers

Land buying is not for the feint-hearted.  Our Land Team are experienced and enthusiastic professionals who play a key role in identifying, negotiating and acquiring residential development sites. 
 
You will need to be driven, determined, self-motivated and technically competent, with a GSOH.  A proven track record in sales, exceptional people, organisational and negotiation skills are absolute 'must haves'.  Plus, you'll be a good team player and have the ability to generate incremental business and treat targets as a positive challenge. We also look for that additional spark of entrepreneurial spirit and commitment, which differentiates you from the “rest”. You will be a builder of business, a continual networker and contributor to a changing business dedicated to excellence.
 
Marketing/Customer Services/Market Research Executives

All new Sales Consultants recruited to work on our New Homes sites will attend a Land & Brand New Homes training programme that provides up-front training and continued on-site support.  We focus on recruiting Sales Consultants who have exceptional selling and people skills, be highly organised and have proven sales skills focusing on the knowledge of how to “close” a deal.
