


Taking just 7 months to sell the remaining 12 units of a development of 27 new homes (with almost 50% social housing) on a site in East Sussex, Land & Brand New Homes established again their credentials as New Homes Agents.
Due diligence included thorough market research to highlight potential problem areas, particularly focusing on sales prices, promotion, staffing levels and potential lapses of service delivery. Tight controls were imposed on the site budget to ensure a profitable end result was achieved.
