I could hardly miss the site as signage was more than obvious.   I also spotted from the car the proliferation of new properties on the right hand side of the road, as I drove in from Rustington.  

The exterior is a modern design with beautiful landscaped front gardens and twisting paths. All plots come with a parking space, with others offering garages.  It was easy to find the entrance to the show-home and I was welcomed by a presentable Show Home Sales Negotiator.  Perhaps because I was not ready to move at that very moment, he became more interested in his paperwork.

I therefore wandered alone through to the show home which was furnished and laid out well providing ample space.  The interior was modern and unique, with idols hung on the painted and wall-papered coloured walls which gave me the impression of spectacular things to come.  I was impressed by the large fitted wardrobes allowing enough room for summer and winter collections, and was surprised to find fitted chest-of-draws.  Although a great creation, does it prevent personal creativity of the room layout?

A distinctive feature within the kitchen was the wine refrigerator with a glass front, large dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge freezer and cupboards fit for a King. I was certainly able to see that it would be a comfortable room where my own creativity would flow through food preparation. 

A glass conservatory, big enough to relax in, faced onto communal gardens. 

The Master Bedroom took up the whole of the second floor.  With its fabulous en-suite with shower, I could imagine spending a lot of my spare time in this quarter, reading, relaxing ...

Location, location, location:
Not too far from the beach, Littlehampton, Rustington, Arundel, Chichester and Worthing.

Best feature:
Available natural light, private parking, modern interiors, some available with conservatory

Worst feature:
How long will it take to make a community here bearing in mind the number of brand new homes?
